What to ignore today

Our lives get more and more busy every day. We've got more information to process, more people to see, more things to read or watch or listen to. More things to tune into, more crap to ignore. Here's a great, short blog entry on that last part.

Happiness

This was in one of my "quote of the day" emails this morning. So true, and so easy to forget.

I am still determined to be cheerful and happy,
in whatever situation I may be;
